Shipping & Returns

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 4–7 business days.

Metro cities are often quicker; remote PIN codes can take longer. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. You can check whether we deliver to your PIN code on any product page before ordering.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat ₹60 applies below that.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and is calculated on the order value after any discount or coupon.

Tracking your order

We'll email you when your order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress anytime under My orders.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be:

• unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached;
• in its original packaging;
• free of stains, perfume, alterations or damage caused after delivery.

Because of hygiene rules, we can't accept returns on innerwear or on items marked non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us at aadyakurties@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. These are replaced or refunded in full, including any delivery charge — the condition rules above don't apply when the fault is ours.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and check it, your refund is processed to the original payment method and typically reflects within 7–10 business days. Full detail is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
