Using this site

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and that the details you give us are accurate. You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account.

Products and descriptions

We describe our kurtis as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and being largely handled and finished by hand, small variations in print placement or finish are normal and are not defects.

Availability isn't guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If an item sells out after you order it, we'll tell you and refund that item in full.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The MRP shown struck through is the price before any discount. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Retail prices are inclusive of GST. The price you see on a product page is the amount you pay for that item; the applicable GST is already contained within it and is shown separately on your invoice.
• Wholesale prices are exclusive of GST. Prices quoted to approved dealer accounts do not include tax. GST is calculated on the order value and added on top, so the amount payable is higher than the sum of the listed item prices.

Wholesale orders are requests rather than confirmed sales, so the totals shown at checkout are indicative. Final pricing, applicable taxes and payment terms are confirmed by us before the order is fulfilled.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

We may cancel and refund an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where an address is undeliverable, or where stock is genuinely unavailable.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in Shipping & Returns. Cancellation and refund terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts. Applications are reviewed and may be declined at our discretion. Wholesale orders are requests: pricing, stock and payment terms are confirmed by us before they are fulfilled, and minimum order quantities apply.

Reviews you post

Reviews should reflect genuine experience of a product. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, promotional or unrelated to the product. By posting one you allow us to display it on the site.

Our content

The photographs, text, designs and branding on this site belong to Aadya Kurties and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date above shows when it last changed.
